Shipping policy

All taxes and shipping are to be paid for by the purchaser. Package will come shipped via UPS. General shipping time may vary. Allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Insurance on the package is to be paid for by the customer at the time of checkout. RAE Solutions LLC is not responsible for any product that is damaged, stolen, or porch pirated during shipping. Damaged, stolen, or porch pirated items can be avoided by purchasing Insure Shield at the time of checkout.
