RAEZUM Door Lift & Rack Warranty Terms and Conditions 

Warranty

Rae Solutions LLC warranties the product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Rae Solutions LLC will repair or replace (at our discretion) any part or part(s) found defective within one year of purchase date. The product finish is termed “tool finish” and may be subjected to slight imperfections such as scrapes, chips, scuffs, etc. These are normal occurrences that result when manufacturing this product and in no way affect the performance of this product. Such imperfections as mentioned above are not considered defects and are not covered under this warranty.

 

Exclusions

Rae Solutions LLC will not cover any loss or losses caused by damage, theft, incorrect assembly, or modifications to this product. Rae Solutions LLC will not warranty this product if used in any other manner than its intended purpose. Normal wear and tear pieces such as rubber pad and foam padding are not included in this warranty.

 

Additional Exclusions

Rae Solutions LLC will not be held liable to purchaser, user, operator, or any other party for any damage caused by improper use, improper assembly, or product failure. Vehicular, personal, personal property, and other’s property damage will not be the responsibility or liability of Rae Solutions LLC. Rae Solutions LLC will never be held liable for more than the purchase price minus any taxes, shipping, or insurance. Rae Solutions LLC makes no other claims or warranties expressed or implied.

 

Taxes & Shipping

All taxes and shipping to be paid for by the purchaser. Package will come shipped via UPS. General shipping time may vary. Allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Insurance on the package is to be paid for by the customer at the time of checkout. RAE Solutions LLC is not responsible for any product that is damaged, stolen, or porch pirated during shipping. Damaged, stolen, or porch pirated items can be avoided by purchasing Insure Shield at the time of checkout.  

 

Cancellations & Returns

Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt of your product. Products must be returned in original packaging, unused and complete. All return postage will be paid for by the purchaser. Any and all return costs incurred are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Those products and/or packages that have been assembled or attempted to be assembled will not receive return purchase credit under any circumstances. Return products are subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. Return requests must be completed through the website, a return authorization will be generated for qualifying returns. No exceptions.
